Our content and materials
The website, visual identity, copy, code, images and other materials belong to Turance Technologies or are used with permission. You may not reproduce, adapt, redistribute or commercially exploit them without written permission.
Project enquiries
Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract, reserve availability or guarantee a proposal. We may ask for more information before deciding whether a project is a suitable fit.
Proposals, concepts and design rights
Every proposal, redesign direction, wireframe, interface layout, visual system, strategy, copy draft, technical plan, estimate and presentation we disclose is supplied confidentially for evaluation by its named recipient. Unless a signed written agreement expressly provides otherwise, receiving or reviewing those materials grants no right to copy, disclose, distribute, adapt, commission, implement or commercially use them. Client-supplied material remains the client’s property. Rights in final approved deliverables transfer or are licensed only as stated in the signed project agreement and after its payment conditions are met; rejected directions, working files, methods, reusable tools and pre-existing material remain ours. The Copyright Act, 2022 protects qualifying original expression rather than abstract ideas alone, so these confidentiality and limited-use obligations also apply separately to non-public concepts and commercial information.
